Carlos is an HR Specialist and experienced IT Recruitment Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 15 years of experience supporting IT consulting companies and clients. Now, as the Head of HR LATAM for GAC, he adds value to overall business objectives by providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations across Latin America. He also focuses on improving HR initiatives, enhancing staff morale, fostering positive relations between staff and employers, contributing to business goals, promoting good HR practices, and attracting talented recruits.

Since 2008, his recruitment experience has spanned various levels, from Sourcing/Screening Analyst to Senior Recruitment Lead. He is currently developing HR leadership and management skills and has expertise in searching, head hunting, and hiring for diverse fields, including Software Development, IT Infrastructure, and Administrative/Back-office positions.

He loves spending time with his family, his beloved wife Karen and their two children, Victoria, and Santhiago. They enjoy camping and visiting local and national lagoons and rivers. The family currently resides in Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.
