At EY, Bhavjeet served as an Associate Director and Consultant, leading strategic leadership hiring and sourcing initiatives. At Genpact, she held leadership responsibilities across talent acquisition, executive hiring, corporate recruitment, and talent programs. Her 11-year tenure with Heidrick & Struggles further shaped her expertise in executive search, market intelligence, research, and leadership insights.
